Halley ST Mineral is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane developed to be used as underlayment.

HALLEY ST is a self-adhesive bituminous membrane made with two types of compounds: the upper surface employs an APP modified elastoplastomeric compound (-15°). The lower surface and the selvedge both employ an elastomeric SBS modified pressure sensitive adhesive compound (-15° C); The excellent quality is highlighted by two indicators: cold flexibility (-15°) and the highly bonding adhesive properties. The latter quality ensures ease of installation in warm and temperate climate zones whilst the excellent cold flexibility of HALLEY STallows the membrane to be applied in areas with harsh climates.

The reinforcement employed in HALLEY ST membranes consists in a rot-proof glass-reinforced non-woven polyester fiber fabric. Membranes with excellent dimensional stability ensure high performance and avoid shrinkage of the waterproofing surface even if the roofing system is subjected to significant thermal strain.

The reinforcement of HALLEY ST features good mechanical properties, tensile strength, elongation at break and tear resistance.
