The Genesy PVC VV FELT is a synthetic waterproofing sheet suitable for fully exposed roofs or ideal as receiving layer for the waterproofing photovoltaic system General Solar Pv S

The Genesy PVC VV Felt synthetic surface is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), a coating product with various types of Plastisol plasticizers. It provides resistance to weathering and to total UV rays exposure; it is also permeable to vapour; its intrados is coupled, at the factory, with 200 gr/m2 non-woven fabric through specific application technology by gluing on various type of supports.

The reinforcement used in Genesy PVC VV Felt synthetic surfaces consists of a glass, rot-proof fabric. This reinforcement type offers high dimensional stability, making it suitable for specific application by total gluing through a non-woven fabric coupled to the surface.

Outer surface: Light grey coloured, with the possibility of RAL colour for a consistent integration in the environment, landscape and existing architectural features.

Inner surface: black coloured signal layer to warn about mechanical damage of the upper part, by coupling to a FELT support (Polyester non-woven fabric) to integrate the specific application technology through simultaneous gluing of the compensation and separation functional layer, it is provided with side selvedges without felt for welding continuity of material.
